These terms apply to all users of the domain www.enteraccessories.com. ENTER ACCESSORIES is a trading name of 76 DISTRIBUTION AB, a company registered in Sweden. Our VAT number is SE556820288001.
The Terms and Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with 76 Distribution AB and visits to the site. ENTER ACCESSORIES reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions.
All products remain the property of ENTER ACCESSORIES until full payment has been made. All attempts to deceive will be reported to the Police. We reserve the right to correct any mistake or error printed on this site. Due to the digital format of photographs we can not grant that the pictures reflect the exact nature of the real products.
If your delivery address is within European Union (EU) or US, you will pay the price incl. 25% VAT. If your delivery address is outside the EU, the price to pay will be without VAT.
PAYPAL You can pay through your PayPal account or with credit cards such as; Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The transaction of credit card data is safely handled by Paypal. ENTER ACCESSORIES does not store any credit card data. STRIPE You can pay with credit card such as; Visa, Mastercard and American Express with the Stripe payment system. The credit card data is safely handled by Stripe. We, ENTER ACCESSORIES, do not store any credit card data.
Sweden: 1-2 business days | Europe: 2-5 business days | USA: 4-7 business days | Rest of the world: 5-10 business days
Sweden – Free Shipments within Sweden are free of charge and are fulfilled by DB Schenker.
Europe & USA – 10 € The shipments are fulfilled by UPS or DHL at a charge of 10 €. Return/Exchange fee is 15 €.
Rest of the World – 30€ We ship to the following countries outside of EU: Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore. The shipments are fulfilled by UPS or DHL. Return fee/Exchange is 30 €.
Delivery times appearing on the site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. ENTER ACCESSORIES is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. SHIPPING INFORMATION DB SCHENKER (Sweden) You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here: http://www.dbschenker.se/log-se-se/start/ . DB Schenker will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived. Therefore it is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.
UPS: (EU & REST OF WORLD) You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here: http://www.ups.com/. UPS will deliver your parcel to the delivery address given in your order. If you are not available, UPS will call you, why it is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.
DHL: (EU & REST OF WORLD) You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here: http://www.dhl.com/. DHL will deliver your parcel to the delivery address given in your order. If you are not available, UPS will call you, why it is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
When shopping in our webshop you have the right to return your ordered products within 14 days of receiving them, given that the product is unused and in its original condition. Return your order undamaged within 14 days of receiving your order and we will give you your money back. Please note that the shipping cost that was charged upon purchase will not be refunded in the case of a return or exchange. When returning or exchanging an article the buyer will pay for the return shipping, this will be deducted from the return amount. We will refund your money no more than 15 business days after we have received your return. Refunds will be made through your original transaction method.
When returning or exchanging an article the buyer will pay for the return shipping. The cost for the return freight is 15 EUR in Europe and 30 EUR for the rest of the world, and will be deducted from the payment refund to you.
In case of a quality claim due to a damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the shipping cost.
For all customers outside the European Union. When returning a product for exchange or refund make sure to notify your local customs office so they can refund you the tax and customs fee or prevent you from having to pay it twice – as this isn’t anything we can control from our side.
When returning a product In the case of returning a product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org (Subject line saying Return and your order number).We will notify UPS or DHL about the return. Depending on which country, either UPS or DHL will contact you to schedule a pick up of the package or you will have to call and schedule a pickup at your earliest convenience. Please use the same box and bag your order was received in. GIFT CERTIFICATES When purchasing a gift certificate the recipient will receive a gift voucher which is valid for one year from purchase.
INSURANCE & DELIVERY
You will own the goods on and from the later of the point in time when: (a) we receive payment in full, or (b) we deliver the goods to you.
ENTER ACCESSORIES insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by ENTER ACCESSORIES, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.
Disclaimer ENTER ACCESSORIES does not guarantee that all items included in the ENTER ACCESSORIES’ web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, ENTER ACCESSORIES will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail.
ENTER ACCESSORIES cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. ENTER ACCESSORIES may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although ENTER ACCESSORIES strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop, ENTER ACCESSORIES will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. ENTER ACCESSORIES, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations. In situations where ENTER ACCESSORIES acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. ENTER ACCESSORIES cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site. ENTER ACCESSORIES cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.
According to Swedish law, we have to ask for your approval to treat your personal data. All the information you give us or that we get when you visit our site will be handled responsibly and safely by ENTER ACCESSORIES. The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our business responsibilities to you and for marketing purposes. ENTER ACCESSORIES will not provide your personal data to a 3rd party for marketing purposes unless you agree to it. If the personal data is incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it is corrected or deleted.
If Enter Accessories fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Enter Accessories cannot be held responsible.
